Due to the nature of the biologic products we sell, ReBellaTM items purchased that are shipped on ice (cold packs or dry ice), are not eligible for return. This is an FDA policy.
For other non-biologic items (e.g. PRP kits, intranasal catheters, etc), you may return the item(s) you have purchased to us within seven calendar days of the items being delivered. The items must be unopened and in original condition. Contact our customer service department at (888) 568-6909 so we can provide the return address. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If our products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
