There are several products under the ReBella brand, all of which are processed first and foremost with patient safety in mind. The tissue allografts include:
ReBellaXOTM is a Wharton’s Jelly Derived exosome rich fluid. They are small bubbles released from cells, which carry information from place to place.
In the case of ReBellaXOTM , the tissue is processed in an ISO certified, cGMP compliant Clean Room, and the extracellular vesicle byproducts (exosome rich fluid) comprise ReBellaXOTM. Extracellular vesicles contain growth factors, mRNA, cytokines and secretomes.
ReBellaWJ is an allograft tissue derived from the Wharton’s Jelly of the umbilical cord. The gelatinous matrix of the umbilical cord is rich in regenerative elements that provides protection, cushioning and lubrication (which is actually what they do for the baby). The tissue also includes cytokines, growth factors, MSC’s, secretomes, mRNA and exosomes.
All of these products are made from donated tissue obtained after a scheduled c-section. There is no harm to baby or mother in the process, and the tissue includes the umbilical cord, placenta and amniotic fluid.

During tissue processing, the allograft material is handled very carefully. No animal reagents are used, no radiation applied and an accredited third party tests the tissue for communicable diseases. Once the processing is complete, the tissue is carefully cryopreserved until ready for use by a licensed professional.
